Choctaw County Clerk Access Routes
Online access for many trial-court files runs through Alacourt ACCESS/Just One Look. Current docket settings can also be checked on the county 58 docket page, which uses a setting date and optional last name. If the docket does not show a case, the official docket page warns that some cases may not appear electronically, so the Circuit Clerk remains the fallback.
In-person requests go to Suite 10 at the courthouse. Choctaw County Clerk Boundaries

A traffic failure-to-appear matter can involve the District Court record, Alapay or Traffic Service Center payment routes, the clerk's warrant division, and the sheriff if an arrest warrant has issued.
Choctaw County Clerk Jury Role
Jury functions are part of the Circuit Clerk's published duties. The jury page uses courthouse-campus address language and tells jurors to report to the Main Courtroom. It also notes free parking around the judicial building, a metal detector, and courtroom security rules. Jurors are told not to bring cell phones or pagers into the courthouse, and family emergencies can be relayed through the Clerk's Office at (205) 459-2155.
The research also found a local jury scam warning. The clerk says she will never call residents and ask for Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or other sensitive information.
